point INTERIOR DESIGN & MAKEOVER
A comfortable, healthy, and productive environment supports you in doing your best, at home, play or work. Key Elements can help you pull it all together with your own personal flair, emphasizing your interests and lifestyle as the main components of design. We specialize in solutions to:

• Utilize your present furnishings and belongings where possible
• Draw out unique qualities of you and your families' personality
• Balance and harmonize with color and lighting
• Organize areas for best ergonomic usage
• Reduce allergens, toxins and pollutants
• Target expenditures for the highest impact to realize personal goals

"My design focus is on enhancing the movement of energy and light through a space to create an inviting and nurturing feeling. I emphasize the use of existing elements and belongings, and target budget expenditures for the biggest and best impact. For redesign clients, I begin with an interview on lifestyle, interests and philosophies. I find out what wants to express through each member of the family and find ways to incorporate that message."

point REAL ESTATE STAGING: Ready, Set, SOLD!
Ask Paula why staging is not just for big ticket homes.

Key Elements provides furnishings for vacant homes and model homes.
Staged® real estate is professionally prepared for sale, allowing the buyer to have the most positive first experience as they walk in the door. If you are ready to sell for the best price you can obtain in your market, get started with a consultation with a trained expert in staging.

Staged homes and properties are ready to show and easy to sell.

Your real estate is a valuable asset, and using proven staging criteria, you can build equity quickly for a very reasonable investment. W e develop cost effective strategies for achieving a faster, and in most cases, more lucrative sale for any budget at any price level...low-, medium-, or high-end. If you are selling any property or home, call for a consultation to make sure you have what it takes to achieve top dollar in the transaction.

The way you live in your home and the way you sell your house are two very different things.

    house
Before, the room lacked focus and harmony. After, the room is clutter free and easy to see and sell.

"Home staging fosters a shift in thinking from daily living towards an understanding of the home as a product during a marketing campaign. The features and benefits of the home must be emphasized for immediate impact upon the buyer. For a home to sell quickly, it must be priced right and look better than the others. Home staging assures that a home looks its very best in a competitive real estate market where first impression is the key element. We set the stage for the potential buyer to envision the home as his/her own immediately and make a buying decision.

Home staging works because a transitioning seller pulls back their personal gestures of uniqueness and allows the home itself to shine through. A mental transfer of ownership is in process. The buyers can not only see themselves in the house, but know intuitively that ownership has been released. In this way, a home can sell much more quickly and typically at a price that outpaces the cost of the service. Relative to the significant return on investment, the costs of home staging are minimal."

• STAGING OCCUPIED HOMES

Patagonia Regional Visual Merchandiser
"Over 10 years I have seen Paula develop top flight visual design skills through projects ranging from live fashion productions to interior arts.
